I've been resisting the urge to join the fat bike revolution for awhile but could resist no longer. I have found that the grip of the Pugsley is superb and I hardly notice the additional weight (all 35.3 of it) unless I jump it or bunny hop over a log, now that is a challenge! Its not as slow and clunky as I was expecting it to be, in fact I could see myself riding this beast all year long, maybe even hit a mtb race or two. I'll be able to tell ya more about it once old man winter rears his ugly head. I am prepared, bring it.
The Pugsley really is a snow/sand bike but my first impressions is that it is a heck of a lot of fun no matter whats under those big tires, it rolls over everything and the bonus is that the tires can be used as flotation devices at your favorite winter skinny dipping hole!
